Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Execution and Resource Planning: Gain a deep understanding of company strategy, assess resources based on business stage objectives, develop short- and long-term operational strategies and execution plans, clarify departmental responsibilities, allocate resources reasonably, and drive goal achievement.

  2. Data-Driven Decision Support: Establish a data monitoring system, track key metrics, uncover data value, provide analytical reports, provide decision-making support, and continuously optimize processes.

  3. Product and Customer Operations: Analyze market and customer needs, plan product structures, improve supply-demand matching, develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention, and collaborate with departments to achieve performance targets.

  4. Team Management: Establish team structures based on business needs, oversee recruitment, role allocation, and training. Monitor team member development, conduct performance evaluations, and organize training to enhance team capabilities.

  5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Maintain close communication with multiple departments to coordinate problem-solving. Regularly organize cross-departmental meetings to share information and improve overall operational efficiency.

  6. Industry Insights and Innovation: Monitor industry and competitor trends, collect information, and explore new operational models based on company realities to develop forward-looking strategies and enhance market competitiveness.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

  2. Over 3 years of operational management experience in the B2B fresh produce industry; candidates with team management experience are preferred.

  3. Familiarity with operational business processes, with excellent data analysis and decision-making capabilities.

  4. Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills, capable of effectively driving cross-departmental collaboration.

  5. Strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness, capable of addressing various challenges in the workplace.

  6. Proficiency in business English communication, capable of independently conducting overseas business negotiations and work-related exchanges; candidates with overseas work experience are preferred.
