Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and invoices accurately
  • Coordinate customer delivery schedules and maintain communication with sales, clients, and warehouse teams
  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives and manage related documentation
  • Monitor stock, perform cycle-counting, and ensure accurate stock entries
  • Handle suppliers' documents, packing materials, and warehouse equipment coordination
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks such as label creation, report preparation, and stock recalls

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Admin/Customer Service
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry, reporting, and order management
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
