Watch Exchange Pte Ltd is among the leading boutiques for the buying, selling, and trading of pre-owned luxury watches. We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team.
What You'll Do
Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries.
Manage servicing, repairs, protective film applications, and inventory.
Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.
Support sales and marketing through product photography, editing, and listings.
Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team and handle ad-hoc duties as required.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Prior experience in the luxury watch or pawnshop industry is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends), 5 days per week.
