HR Generalist

Reporting to the Director, the HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the HR department by managing HR processes and ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting employees.

Responsibility

  • Provide direction and control of all the human resources functions, operations and activities
  • Process payroll and coordinate with HR team to ensure accurate payment
  • Maintain and ensure accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' personal record
  • New/ Renewal of companies group insurance
  • Talent Sourcing from all channels (i.e., Job Fairs/Employer branding events, etc) for outreach programs
  • Familiar with grants provided by WSQ, eg. CCP-SME, CCP by SBF, SNEF, Scala, etc
  • Provide HR administrative support to ensure smooth running of daily HR operations

Requirement

  • Min O level/ Diploma in HR Management
  • 3 years relevant HR experience
  • For Singapore/ PR applicant only

Details of working hours and location:

Location : Nearest MRT – Boon Lay

Working hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm

Workday : 5 days work week
