**_1. HR Generalist (People Operations)_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full employee operational lifecycle matters, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services from on-boarding till off-boarding, focusing on:

- New employees’ onboarding and integration program to provide a positive onboarding experience
- On-boarding of foreign work employees including obtaining valid work passes and compliance with border entry regulations with relevant authorities.
- Manage enrolment & withdrawal (new hires, resignees) and annual renewal of benefit plan with insurance broker
- Manage employees’ confirmation review process

**_2. HR Generalist (Recruitment)_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business to deeply understand organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers. With this knowledge, develop the most effective recruiting strategies.
- Strategize ways to build the talent pipelines. Create innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging your knowledge of the organization, platforms, and networks, to find, connect with and recruit right talent.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media recruitment campaigns, events, content creation, etc.)

**_3. HR Generalist (Employee Engagement) _**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and drive engagement interventions with a focus on aligning, engaging and connecting our employees with the corporate direction and core values.
- Drive new programs that employees care about such as wellness, welfare, volunteering
- Support onboarding programs of new hires.
- Drive continuous employee feedback through employee engagement/pulse surveys to gain insights and address targeted areas.
- Improve the overall employee experience through strong internal communications initiatives.

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
