Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate or Senior Associate (Civil & Structural) to join a leading consultancy firm. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end project delivery across power and sewerage treatment plants, from design and feasibility through to construction and tender management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable outcomes for complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complete design and construction management for infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee and monitor construction activities for power and sewerage treatment plants to ensure client and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Review and execute designs to ensure high quality and timely submissions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare feasibility reports.
  • Lead environmental management initiatives, including monitoring parameters, reporting to statutory authorities, and improving emission levels.
  • Manage tender processes from concept development, preparation of tender specifications, and documentation through to project award.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, recognised by relevant authorities.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management, covering the full cycle from tendering and design to construction completion.
  • Strong technical knowledge with leadership experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
