What you'll do

The Director (Operations) shall be responsible for fulfilling the Board of Director's vision of positioning the company as the Nursing home of choice through ensuring effective marketing, outstanding operation and service excellence to residences and their families.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will be a member of the Management Team.

His/her primary responsibility is to ensure organizational effectiveness and leadership for the organization's departments and Nursing homes/Residences (except clinical services). Wherever possible, the Director shall ensure a uniform standard, operating process and quality of service for the business units.

Working with the various Clinical and non-Clinical teams, this position will also contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
