Responsibilities:

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prepare and serve tea, coffee and other beverages as well as sandwiches to customer's order.
  • Making sandwiches & ingredients preparation
  • Ensure high-quality drinks and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Take orders, handle cashier duties and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tea bar counter, equipment, and customer-facing areas.
  • Actively promote and sell the brand's products, assisting in marketing efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering queries and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Build relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions
  • Help maintain and elevate the company's image through excellent service and brand representation
  • Regularly restock and replenish products and supplies.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe, clean working environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and dynamic workplace.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Service-driven, outgoing, and positive attitude
  • Experience in Cafe/Bubble Tea are preferred
  • Retail experienced with passion in Barista are welcome. Training will be provided.
  • Barista experience with at least 4 years can consider for Senior level
  • Part timers that able to commit for at least 6 months are welcome
