  • Proficient in
    automated assembly and lamination
    processes for consumer electronics, including smartphones and smartwatches.
  • Skilled in
    precision dispensing
    and operating
    robotic arms, feeders,
    and
    vision systems
    to achieve accurate lamination.
  • Experienced with
    precision jigs and fixtures
    , including conducting
    tolerance analysis
    , and adept at specialized tasks such as
    hot melt application
    ,
    screw fastening
    , and
    micro-component insertion
    .
  • Committed to ensuring
    consistent, high-quality production
    by rigorously adhering to
    Standard Operating Procedures
    ,
    Standard Inspection Procedures
    , and
    First Level Controls
    in an international manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide production support and drive continuous improvement towards meeting or exceeding established KPIs.

Job Requirements:

  • Skilled in

  • Expertise in
    precision dispensing
    and operating
    robotic arms, feeders,
    and
    vision systems
    to achieve accurate lamination results.
  • Experienced in working with
    precision jigs and fixtures
    , performing
    tolerance analysis
    , and handling specialized processes like
    hot melt application
    ,
    screw fastening
    , and
    micro-component insertion
    .
  • Ensures
    consistent, high-quality production
    by strictly adhering to
    SOPs
    ,
    SIPs
    , and
    FLCs
    within a global manufacturing environment.
  • B3 in O Level Chinese, or equivalent, is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.
