Roles & Responsibilities
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Timely update and filing of daily stock status report and ensure the availability of stock at site.

2. Ensure close follow-up with suppliers on acknowledgement of chemical replenishment form e.g ensuring chemical replenishment forms are acknowledged by the stipulated time, otherwise call up suppliers to check on status

3. Ensure the entire stock chemicals are scanned and Unloading / Receiving Checklist are followed before any chemicals are allowed into the storage area.

4. Ensure chemical drums are stored according to FIFO and no incompatible chemicals are being stored together in the chemical rooms.

5. Ensure First Out tags are updated for any new batch chemical stored.

6. Ensure all the stock cards and D.Os are updated in the Oracle system.

7. Follow safety guideline for all stock handling process e.g Storage of chemicals should not block any of the EXIT passages, safety showers and fire extinguishers; all the drums are secure during transportation to the storage rooms and also during returning those empty drums.

8. Responsible for monitoring of poison storage limit making sure it complies with NEA guideline and poison permit is not expired.

9. Ensure waste handling is completed with E-tracking, waste drums allocation, waste segregation and that minimum waste drums are replenished.

10. Responsible for handling and issuing of stock (consignment and non-consignment) and non-stock (evaluation and expense) chemicals.

11. Responsible for handling of Temperature Recorders for Special Chemicals

12. Handling of new chemicals and ensure approved documents for new chemical are obtained.

13. Responsible for Month end closing procedures and updating of new batch changes.

14. Responsible for weekly / monthly update and sending of reports e.g Daily:Hazardous Substance Permit, Weekly : Flammable Substance, Stock Status on Daily Consumptions (Drum, Carboy and Photoresist), Waste collection Data, Nano Chemical Data, Monthly:Expiry Chemicals, Daily Consumption, Hazardous Substance Permit, Chemical Expiry date
