Remuneration: $13.60/hour

Contract Period: 8 Sep 2025 – 31 Mar 2026

Job Description:

Provide operational support for incoming data submissions and assist software developers with onboarding to APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process daily incoming data submissions, perform output checks, and follow up with external organisations via email or phone.
  • Support software developers' onboarding to APIs, including addressing queries, maintaining documentation, validating test data, conducting basic analysis, and tracking onboarding progress.
  • Identify and flag any discrepancies or anomalies for supervisor attention.
  • Escalate complex issues promptly to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to commit to the full contract period.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic analytical abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to understand simple file formats/specifications is an advantage.
  • Available to start immediately.
