Work Scope:

1.     Training Delivery

Prepare and deliver Service Excellence and Service Level workshops for employees and stakeholders.

2.     Curriculum & Content Development

Develop and update training materials, presentations, and resources in alignment with JRBBTC's Service Excellence framework.

3.     Workshop Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with Project Leads to schedule and organize workshops, ensuring consistency with JRBBTC service standards.

4.     Assessment & Feedback

Conduct pre- and post-training assessments, collect participant feedback, and provide reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.

5.     Coaching & Support

Provide ongoing coaching and refresher sessions as needed, supporting managers in integrating service excellence standards into daily operations.

6.     Professional Standards

Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with Company policies and  relevant laws.

Requirement:

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills , with the ability to engage diverse participants
  • Proven track records in conducting workshops and coaching employees at different levels
  • Good knowledge of training methodologies and evaluation techniques
  • At least 5 years of experience in training delivery and service excellence programs

Work Schedule - This is a 3-month contract role, requiring approximately 4 days per month, with flexibility depending on workshop schedules and organizational needs.
