About the role

Join our cafe team at the Hearty Bean Project in the Jurong East West Region as a full-time Cafe Assistant. In this role, you will learn to be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth running of our busy cafe.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers with orders, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  2. Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea and specialty drinks
  3. Handling cash and card payments, processing transactions accurately
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised cafe environment, including light food preparation and cleaning tas
  5. Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers
  6. Supporting the cafe manager and team in other duties as required
