We're seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Barista to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating memorable coffee experiences for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty teas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting customers, taking accurate orders, and answering questions about our menu, ingredients, and beverage options.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and in good working order.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and process card payments accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques, coffee beans, and grinding methods, ensuring consistently high-quality drinks.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends, brewing methods, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the cafe manager and kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination and smooth daily operations.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies, conducting regular stock checks, and minimizing waste.
- Help maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for customers, including bussing tables, restocking condiments, and maintaining general cafe cleanliness.
- Contribute to the overall success of the cafe by participating in special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year of barista experience, preferably in a cafe or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso preparation, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience.
- A genuine passion for coffee and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per month
