About the opportunity:

Christie is currently seeking a Logistics and Customer Care Representative to support all Warehouse, Logistics and Customer Care activities for Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Australia/New Zealand. This role is responsible for warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping transportation and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment to support Sales and Service requirements. The role supports inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and overall warehouse organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse activities and transportation to meet the sales and service requirements (receiving, put-away, pick/pack and shipping).
  • Uphold safety, maintain efficient warehouse layout, workflow, and storage methods.
  • Oversee all supply chain costs, including freight, order fulfillment, warehousing, and customs clearance.
  • Document all shipping and receiving transactions in WMS and ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.
  • Operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely in compliance with workplace safety guidelines and company standards.
  • Facilitate and manage inventory consignments and loans.
  • Manage and process orders to ensure timely order fulfillment that meets customers' delivery expectations.
  • Communicate clearly with customers on order status and claim outcomes.
  • Resolve order issues proactively and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Manage and perform procurement as needed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

The experience and skills we value:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent field of study.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experiences in logistics, warehouse inventory management and customer service.
  • Good knowledge in import/export regulations, customs & excise and shipping procedures.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and shipping software.
  • Experience in logistics and customer service (order processing).
  • Ability to work effectively and achieve department goals under time constraints and quality pressures.

What Will Put You Ahead:

  • Hands-on experience in warehouse preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 20kg).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in ERP systems, JD Edwards preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and understand multiple cultures; communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
