  • We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (Telecom Infrastructure)
  • The role will start off as a contract role
  • Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Job:

  • Manage full lifecycle of telecom infrastructure projects from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate activities across subsea capacity, terrestrial fiber, routers, and data center builds.
  • Define project scope, schedule, and resource plans, while identifying and managing interdependencies.
  • Monitor progress, communicate risks, and drive issue resolution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment.
  • Escalate challenges proactively and adjust plans as needed to meet project goals.

The Talent:

  • 5-10+ years in project management, specifically within telecom infrastructure.
  • Strong background in optical transmission, fiber networks, or service delivery for carriers or capacity users.
  • Deep understanding of network components like DWDM, routers, fiber builds, space/power, and collocation services.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management expertise preferred.
