Personal Assistant to the Director

Secretarial and Administration
- Manage day-to-day calendar and provide full administrative and secretarial support of the director.
- Prepare all business and highly confidential correspondence and organize daily business agenda
- Organize and maintain good filing system by ensuring all materials are securely filed on a timely and accurately
- Obtain approval for payment
- Provide professional, executive-level client liaison in a helpful and friendly manner and maintain courteous, professional and efficient service to internal and external clients
- Initiate and follow-up correspondence on all routine matters
- Logistics supports for meetings/workshops/events
- Handle hotel, flight, restaurant bookings, bill payments & etc
- Attend networking or business events with the director.
- Overseas travel is required occasionally
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and proactively
- Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities
- Exhibits strong independent thinking and decision-making capabilities
