Job Summary:

We are currently looking for Associate Lecturer(s) to teach Master's-level Business and Management, as well as Bachelor's-level Banking and Finance modules at MDIS campuses in Tashkent and Dushanbe. This position is based at MDIS's overseas campuses in Central Asia.

Associate Lecturer(s) will be appointed on a contract basis to cater to short-term teaching requirements. Once the recruitment process has concluded, the official appointment will take place one (1) to two (2) months prior to the commencement of classes, or subject to the availability of teaching classes.

Keen applicants will be required to possess a recognised University degree. Any other relevant professional qualifications, industry experience and pedagogical training would be advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lectures/tutorials in the related discipline
  • Set, mark and moderate assignments and/or examinations
  • Develop course curriculum as and when required
  • Incorporate current industry trends into teaching

Job Requirements:

  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline from a recognised educational institution, with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. Preferably, the candidate should also have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
  • Pedagogy/teaching certificate holders will be advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Team player who can work with faculty members and administrative staff.
  • Keen interest in nurturing students in their learning journey.
