We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage a portfolio of companies and delivering high-quality corporate secretarial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Provision of Corporate Secretarial Services

  • Act as the named Company Secretary ("CoSec") for assigned client entities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to finalize proposals for new and existing engagements.
  • Advise clients on compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements.
  • Schedule, attend, and document minutes for Board and Board Committee meetings.
  • Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work, including regulatory filings.
  • Ensure timely billing for non-routine assignments and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and provide professional guidance.
  • Conduct customer due diligence and perform risk assessments in accordance with internal policies.

Leadership and Mentorship

  • Share best practices and promote knowledge exchange within and across teams.
  • Guide team members in preparing and reviewing documentation for corporate exercises and non-routine resolutions.

Job Requirement

  • Degree holder or holder of a professional certificate in chartered secretary.
  • Min 4-5 years' experience in a corporate secretarial managerial capacity, including as named company secretary, and currently operating in managerial capacity.
  • Experienced working in outsourcing/service provider environment.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client service oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in working styles.
  • Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to take on duties outside of job specification.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Exposure to investment and financial industry would be useful.
