Role

The Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role responsible for executing marketing activities and managing our brand presence across digital and traditional channels. You'll create marketing collateral, manage social media, coordinate trade shows, and support the sales team with materials that showcase our capabilities. This role requires creativity, strong execution skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Managing company social media accounts and creating engaging content
• Designing marketing collateral including brochures, product sheets, and presentations
• Coordinating trade show participation—booth design, materials, logistics
• Creating and maintaining product catalogs and technical documentation
• Managing company website content and updates
• Producing email campaigns and customer communications
• Leveraging AI tools for copywriting, content ideation, and image generation
• Supporting sales team with customized presentations and proposal materials
• Organizing product photography and visual asset library
• Conducting market research on competitors and industry trends using AI-powered tools
• Managing brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints
• Creating content for blogs, newsletters, and industry publications
• Tracking marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Organizing client events, factory tours, and company functions
• Maintaining marketing budget and vendor relationships

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in marketing role (B2B environment preferred)
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) for content creation and workflow optimization
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Excellent copywriting skills with ability to refine AI-generated content for brand voice
• Basic graphic design capabilities and visual sensibility
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
• Creative mindset with practical execution skills and resourcefulness
• Professional communication skills suitable for client-facing interactions
• Ability to understand technical products and translate into accessible messaging
• Adaptable to emerging technologies and willing to learn new tools
