About the Role

A prestigious global luxury brand is looking for an experienced and dependable Regional Security Manager to lead its corporate security strategy and protect its premium retail operations across Southeast Asia.

This is a rare opportunity to join a respected leader in the luxury space, known for its heritage, exclusivity, and excellence. You'll play a critical role in safeguarding people, assets, and brand reputation across multiple countries.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Regional Security Operations

    Manage and align all security efforts across SEA. Lead crisis management planning and ensure emergency response readiness (24/7).
  • Threat Monitoring & Intelligence Gathering

    Stay ahead of emerging risks including geopolitical and regulatory developments. Inform leadership and adjust strategies proactively.
  • Security System Implementation

    Support new boutique openings, events, and special projects by deploying security systems in coordination with IT and Operations.
  • Vendor & Budget Management

    Oversee security vendors and contracts. Act as the primary liaison between the brand and law enforcement, external agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Incident Management & Investigations

    Lead incident response and investigations, ensuring timely documentation and stakeholder reporting.
  • Promote a Culture of Security

    Conduct training programs to build employee awareness of safety, security protocols, and emergency procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in security leadership, ideally in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or corporate environments
  • Experience in multi-country/regional security operations within SEA
  • Strong understanding of risk assessments, incident management, and compliance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
  • Calm under pressure, with strong decision-making and leadership capabilities
  • Willingness to travel regionally and respond to emergencies after hours
  • Certifications like CPP, PSP, or CISSP are an advantage
