Executive – CEO Office & Group Legal

Contract duration: 11-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $5,475

Location: Pasir Panjang

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize documents, emails, and correspondence by subject matter.
  • Proofread, tag, format, and create/edit PDF documents.
  • Track deadlines and maintain records/databases.
  • Provide PA and administrative support to HODs, including diary management.
  • Handle administrative and financial tasks such as verifying invoices and raising payment requests.

Requirements:

  • Prior secretarial/executive experience in a law firm preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across divisions and organizations.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and resourceful.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
