About The Role

As the Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Supply Chain in ALPS, you will be based in one of the 27 Public Healthcare Institutions (PHI) in Singapore, you will be responsible for the logistics support and inventory control within the PHI. Working in a team you will receive and distribute inventory items and ensure inventory accountability and accuracy in the system. You will also communicate closely with hospital users to support in the hospital's daily operations for patients' care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to plan, coordinate and perform on site verification of Inbound / Outbound logistics and distribution operations at service provider premise
  • Coordinate and reconcile all cycle count activities at 3PL service provider premise
  • Perform necessary Inbound, outbound or cycle count audit in accordance with quality standards
  • Plan, supervise and control all disposal activities in accordance to SOP
  • Ensure PHI returns, product recall, damaged stocks are accounted for in SAP MM
  • Manage all incident reporting and escalations
  • Compile and monitor all Key Performance Indicators were met and root cause analysis performed
  • Responsible for month-on-month billing validation for all deliveries
  • Carry out procurement processes in accordance with ALPS/PHI polices.
  • Lead and coordinate monthly meetings with service partners for continuous improvement
  • Establish and review accurate standard operating procedures / workflow for process adherence and compliance
  • Responsible for analysis of inventory
  • Perform ad-hoc duties/projects

Requirements

  • Degree, preferably in business related discipline
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office and Excel
  • Advanced analytical and negotiation skills
  • Familiarization with SAP and prior experience in Warehouse Operations, Material Planning and Inventory Management would be an added advantage
  • Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and thrives in a team environment
