Indoor Sales Executive

  • Basic Salary: Up to $2,500, depending on experience.
  • Commission: Ranging from $300 to $2000+, depends on sales performance.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30PM
  • Location: Kitchener Road, Little India.

Job Scope:

  • Assist and serve walk-in customers with high-quality service and product knowledge
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, fax, and other communication channels
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently based on received instructions
  • Prepare and present quotations to customers in a clear and professional manner and follow up the outcomes
  • Follow up on payments and coordinate with finance to ensure timely collection
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to expand sales volume
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty
