Key Responsibility :

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate product information on commercial vehicles and transport equipment.
  • Assist customers through the full sales process, from product recommendation to delivery.
  • Provide after-sales support, including coordinating servicing, warranty claims, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for resolving client issues quickly and professionally.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management for service or product improvement.

Job Requirements :

  • Must have a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Executive
