Administrative & Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1.Assist with daily administrative duties, including document filing, schedule coordination, and office supplies procurement.
2.Provide personal support to the supervisor, such as lifestyle arrangements, appointment management, and travel coordination.
3.Support meeting arrangements, client reception, and provide interpretation/translation between English and Mandarin as needed.
4.Liaise with external vendors or service providers to ensure smooth and timely operations.
5.Provide flexible and ad-hoc support based on immediate needs to ensure efficient handling of both personal and work-related matters.
6.Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1.Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) is preferred.
2.Must hold a valid Singapore driving license and be comfortable driving independently.
3.Female candidates preferred, with a presentable and professional appearance.
4.Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
5.Prior experience in administrative or personal assistant roles will be an advantage.
6.Must be proactive, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage confidential matters with professionalism.
7.Willing to work flexible hours with a high level of responsibility and time management skills.
*This role requires a flexible working schedule with no fixed office hours. The assistant must be on-call and responsive based on the supervisor's instructions and real-time needs.
*Must be willing to work outside of regular hours, including occasional tasks during weekends or public holidays.
