Senior Executive, Business Development

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and assess industry trends to ensure alignment with current conditions in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and present tailored offerings, including products, services, and integrated solutions, based on the demands of business clients.
- Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding designated sales objectives.
- Coordinate the development of project bids and maintain engagement through each phase of execution.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support overall business activities.
Requirements:
- Holds a Diploma or Bachelor's qualification in an Engineering-related discipline.
- Background in selling complete project solutions, particularly in areas such as Building Management Systems (BMS), Internet of Things (IoT), smart living technologies, access control, or security solutions.
- Brings 3 years of hands-on experience dealing with business clients in a sales capacity.
- Familiar with financial principles and comfortable interpreting business figures.
- Brings along commercial project sales experience
