We are seeking a full-time Corporate Secretarial Associate to join our dynamic corporate services team. In this role, you will support client engagements, prepare and file statutory and compliance documents, and ensure that corporate governance requirements are met. You will have the opportunity to work closely with both private and listed companies, gaining hands-on exposure to company secretarial practices across a range of industries. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in corporate governance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of private and public companies (including listed companies)
  • Handle company incorporation, annual compliance, and ACRA filings
  • Prepare board and shareholders' resolutions for matters like share allotments, changes in directorship, and banking matters
  • Ensure timely filing of annual returns and maintenance of statutory registers
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
  • Perform KYC checks and client onboarding processes
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes (Companies Act, ACRA requirements, SGX Listing Rules)

Qualifications and Other Requirements

  • Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Business, Accountancy, Legal Studies or The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators).
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Skills and attributes:

~ Good understanding of Singapore corporate regulations.

~ Experience handling SGX and Catalist-listed companies will be a distinct advantage.

~ Meticulous with strong time management and organisational skills.

~ Excellent written and verbal communication.

~ A team player who can also work independently.
