You are an experienced professional, so little guidance, most of the staff is senior. You work independently with the opportunity to work from your own home, so you need to be self-motivated.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in providing company secretarial services to a range of clients.
- Supervises the handling of full set of routine company secretarial documents.
- Communicates with clients independently in close collaboration with the relationship manager.
- Act as named company secretary.
- Ensure filing deadlines are met.
- Prepares resolutions and corresponds with clients.
- Ensures accurate maintenance of statutory records for clients.
- Ensures accurate update and maintenance of records/information in digital entity management platform.
- Responsible, accountable.
Jon Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder, finalist of ICSA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm.
- Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practice and be familiar with Companies Act and regulations of regulatory bodies.
- Good computer skills with experience/knowledge.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Independent (managed on output, not input).
- Able to work in a small team with professionals in other disciplines (accounting, tax, legal, compliance).
