Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Corporate Services Consultant to assist international clients in setting up and maintaining their businesses in Singapore. You will act as the client's trusted partner throughout the business setup journey – from company incorporation, corporate bank account opening, virtual office setup, to nominee director services, and ongoing support.

This role is specifically for professionals with prior experience in company incorporation, ACRA filings, and supporting foreign clients with business setup in Singapore. It is not suitable for general administrative or accounting roles without such experience.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate services, company secretarial, or compliance-related roles, and be comfortable guiding clients through regulatory requirements while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise international clients on procedures for incorporating a company in Singapore (e.g. Private Limited, Branch, Representative Office).
  • Prepare and submit incorporation documents to ACRA, and liaise with relevant government agencies and service providers.
  • Assist clients with opening corporate bank accounts in major Singapore banks (e.g. DBS, OCBC, UOB).

  • Coordinate additional services such as:

  • Virtual office address / registered office

  • Nominee director and company secretary services
  • Annual filings, renewals, and compliance updates
  • Etc...
  • Guide clients through basic KYC and onboarding procedures with banks and corporate service platforms.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via email, Zoom, or phone (in English or other relevant languages).
  • Track application progress, update CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Provide post-incorporation support and consultation for business maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience in corporate services or company secretarial roles is required – specifically involving:

    → Company incorporation in Singapore

    → ACRA filings and compliance

    → Advising and supporting international clients (non-Singaporean entrepreneurs or SMEs)
  • Proven understanding of Singapore's business incorporation procedures, regulatory environment, and entity types (e.g. Private Limited, Branch, Representative Office).
  • Prior experience at a licensed corporate service provider (CSP) serving international clients is a strong advantage. (e.g. firms providing incorporation, nominee director, and compliance services)
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); ability to handle client communication professionally. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Vietnamese, Chinese) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced client-facing role.
