About the role
You will be responsible for providing bookkeeping, accounting and admin support to the company.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger postings
- Assist with preparing financial reports and other accounting documentation
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
- Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing and responding to inquiries
What we're looking for
- Relevant qualification in accounting
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accounts assistant or bookkeeping role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Basic computing skills and proficient in using accounting software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proactive and adaptable, with a keen interest in continuous improvement
