Central Region, Singapore CGP Personnel Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

The People Strategy & Data Office (PSDO) sits within the People & Organisation Development Division (POD). We drive the innovation and adaptability in POD to enable long-term organization success. We work on some of the most critical organizational challenges that are multi-disciplinary and with broad impact.

What you will be working on:

·     Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of employee engagement surveys, including defining delivery timelines, milestones, and required resources to achieve intended outcomes.

·     Analyse survey results to generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

·     Leverage advanced analytics tools and technology to enhance the depth and precision of insights.

·     Support the organisation's employee listening strategy by translating feedback into meaningful action plans that drive change.

What are we looking for:

·      Degree in Analytics, Organisational Development, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related fields.

·      At least 5 years of experience in organisational transformation, change management, or culture work.

·      Familiarity with platforms like Culture Amp, Qualtrics, EngageRocket, etc a plus.

·      Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

·      A team player who thrives in ambiguity and brings initiative to the table.

·      Strong project management and data analysis skills.

·      Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
