About the Role

We're looking for a driven, people-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our team in Singapore. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a career in sales and client management. You'll play a key role in nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Assist in identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions tailored to client objectives.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process — from outreach and follow-ups to pitching and closing deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and report on progress and results.
  • Stay updated on market trends and client industries to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (fresh grads welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy talking to people and building trust.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn fast in a dynamic environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and closing deals.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously.
