岗位职责:

  • 人力资源管理
  • 负责东南亚工厂的团队搭建与人才管理,包括当地员工的招聘、面试、录用及入职手续办理,制定并优化招聘流程,满足工厂的人员需求。
  • 管理员工关系,处理劳动合同的签订、续订、变更及解除等事宜,负责员工考勤、请假管理,核算员工薪资福利,协助总部完成薪资发放工作。
  • 建立健全员工沟通机制,及时了解员工诉求,妥善处理员工纠纷和劳动争议,维护良好的劳资关系。
  • 组织开展新员工入职培训,根据工厂发展需求和员工职业发展规划,制定并实施各类培训计划,提升员工技能和素质。
  • 负责工厂绩效考核体系的落地与执行,组织绩效评估工作,协助员工改进绩效,完善绩效反馈机制。
  • 管理人事档案,确保档案的完整性、准确性和安全性,按照当地相关法规要求做好人事记录的留存与报备。
  • 行政管理
  • 负责工厂的行政事务管理,包括办公用品的采购、发放与库存管理,确保办公物资的充足供应。
  • 维护工厂的办公及生产区域环境,协调处理设施设备的日常维护、维修及保养工作,保障工厂正常运营。
  • 制定并执行行政管理制度和流程,规范行政事务处理,提高行政工作效率。
  • 负责工厂的访客接待、会议安排及会务服务,协调内外沟通事宜,做好信息传递与反馈。
  • 管理工厂的后勤保障工作,如员工餐饮、交通安排等,提升员工的工作便利性和满意度。
  • HSE(健康、安全、环境)管理
  • 建立并完善工厂的 HSE 管理体系,制定 HSE 规章制度和操作规程,确保工厂运营符合新加坡相关法律法规及行业标准。
  • 组织开展 HSE 培训和宣传教育活动,提高员工的安全意识和环保意识,确保员工掌握必要的安全知识和操作技能。
  • 负责工厂的安全检查和隐患排查工作,及时发现并整改安全隐患,预防安全事故的发生。
  • 处理工厂的 HSE 突发事件,制定应急预案并组织演练,降低事故损失。
  • 负责 HSE 相关记录的管理和报告编制,定期向总部和当地监管部门提交 HSE 报告。

任职资格:

  • 学历要求:本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、行政管理、安全工程等相关专业优先。
  • 经验要求:具有 3 年以上制造业人力资源、行政管理或 HSE 相关工作经验,有东南亚本地工作经验者优先,熟悉东南亚的劳动法规、HSE 法规及行政管理制度。
  • 语言要求:具备流利的中文和英文听说读写能力,能够熟练运用中英双语进行沟通、文件撰写及会议主持。
  • 技能要求:掌握人力资源管理、行政管理及 HSE 管理的专业知识和实操技能,具备良好的组织协调能力、沟通表达能力、问题解决能力和抗压能力。
  • 素质要求:具有高度的责任心和敬业精神,工作严谨细致,原则性强,具备良好的团队合作精神,能够适应工厂的工作环境和节奏。
