Novahealth TCM Clinic is a professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic dedicated to holistic health and wellness. We provide high-quality treatments such as acupuncture, Tuina, EMMA, BIXEPS and herbal prescriptions, and preventive care. We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands on Assistant/Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and marketing initiatives—bridging healthcare expertise with innovative marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Budgeting

  • Sets objectives, direction and overall KPIs/budget for quarterly campaigns
  • Formulates marketing strategies in accordance to goals and KPIs for each conversion channel
  • Prepares annual budget presentation and quarterly KPI direction
  • Overall project management
  • Identifies core departments to support event and marketing campaigns and leads meetings with department heads. Align task requirements and timeline for deliverable. Provide recommendations and courses of action if necessary.
  • Ensures the achievement of financial objectives by tracking the P&L and preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Marketing for corporate workshops, to generate B2B leads.
  • To strategy a Branding Strategy for long term Marketing Success.

Conceptualizing

  • Develops campaign objectives, audiences, targets, promotion mechanics, timeline, advertisement channels
  • Devises marketing strategies to drive acquisition and lead generation
  • Defines and implements country specific digital and communications plan to drive traffic and conversions on website
  • Formulates annual marketing plans and budget allocations to support business goals and brand growth
  • Develops creative and marketing briefs to develop and execute deliverables for identified media platforms
  • Briefs of the campaign to the relevant departments and individuals (eg. retail store, merchandising, etc)
  • Content planning for all channels (i.e social media, adwords, email, website, POS collateral, partner's communications support)

Content Marketing

  • Accountable or all content marketing to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention
  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email newsletter distribution.
  • Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel

Digital and Social Media

  • Manages end-end digital campaigns: SEM, social media, email marketing, retargeting
  • Devise and execute acquisition strategies to drive website traffic and leads
  • Monitors and analyzes key metrics and campaign performance to translate into strategies
  • Optimizes each paid channel against number of leads
  • To strategy of working with online influencers in the form of bloggers to build a brand ambassador network, promote new products, earn authentic mentions and get noticed by a variety of new consumers

Partnerships/Sponsorship

  • Identifies potential partners/affiliates for long-term and tactical collaboration
  • Develops strategic partnerships in accordance to goals
  • Maintains a relationship with partners and renowned international influencers

Public relations and retail events management

  • Executes events & handles all logistics
  • Organize Public Relations activities to drive awareness and media engagement
  • Drives traffic and revenue to store with strategic offline promotions and partnerships
  • Maintains relationship with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs and acquiring new customer trends and analyzing their purchasing behavior
  • Develops events to create an experiential customer journey with the brand

  • Identifies customer journey from offline to online and develop an omni-channel marketing strategy

Ad-hoc

  • Works with teams to ensure backend system can support marketing plans. Identify short-term and long-range issues and working with team to resolve these issues to support the execution of marketing plans
  • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Develops weekly reports for campaigns
  • Proposes new web functions to support marketing activities
  • Provides recommendations to marketing plans to regional teams
  • Identifies marketing issues by gathering feedback from team members and resolving issues
  • Streamlines marketing processes for export markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Healthcare Administration (TCM or Healthcare background is a plus).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in healthcare marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of TCM, wellness, or sports science industries is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Proactive, analytical, and creative with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
