We seek a bold, results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager who can manage all company brands and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong digital marketing expertise, hands-on social media experience, and a background in luxury or small retail. This role requires creativity, initiative, and the ability to connect with partners and vendors for events and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, leads, and sales

• Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content

• Coordinate events, including partnerships, vendor management, and on-ground execution

• Develop growth-driven digital strategies and creative ideas to strengthen the brand

• Build relationships with influencers, media, and event partners

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels

• Work closely with sales, gallery, and management teams to support business goals

Qualifications


• 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, or small retail brands

• Strong background in digital marketing and social media management

• Experience handling events, partnerships, and vendor coordination

• Creative, bold, proactive, and solution-focused

• Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills

• Tech-savvy with solid knowledge of digital tools and platforms

• Strong network in lifestyle/luxury industry is a plus
