We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our marketing team for New Car (M and Luxury segment) and BMW Motorrad.

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, brand management, and promotional activities that increase brand awareness and drive sales. You will work closely with the team leads to develop strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales
- Support the Marketing Head in the development of marketing strategies and plans
- Conduct market research and provide insights to help inform marketing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and creative to ensure marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly
- Manage budgets and timelines to ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to ensure marketing goals are achieved
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Plan and manage overseas drive/ride trips

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automobile industry
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and market research
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Proactive and results-driven
