Singapore STRATEGIC MARKETING (S) PTE. LTD. Full time

1. Responsible for the development of effective marketing strategies to drive the market share, and achieve the sales targets.

2. Source for good quality home appliances and aircons from overseas factories

3. Constantly analyse competitors and market trends so as to develop new products and phase out those end-of-life products.

4. To be responsible for the product pricing, A&P, distribution and sales strategies for all products.

5. Responsible for managing the PSI (Purchasing, Sales and Inventory) and maintaining a healthy stock turn ratio for all inventory.

6. Manage product life cycle, product positioning, product benchmarking / comparison and pricing matters.

7. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute the marketing campaigns for all the retailers, dealers and business partners.

8. Build good rapport with buyers, dealers and business partners so as to gather market feedback, carry out marketing campaigns and activities, close bulk deals etc.

9. Manage and control the marketing budget.

**Skills and Qualifications**

1. Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

2. Engineering knowledge will be an advantage.

3. Experience with procurement, negotiation and product development

4. Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in home appliances and aircons or FMCG.

5. Experienced with product development and launches.

6. Keen commercial awareness to analyse the market and develop strong and effective marketing strategies

7. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

8. Must be a team player and able to deal with multiple stakeholders

9. Strong MSN Office skills especially Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel.
