Company Overview:

We are a Singapore-based company expanding our operations in Malaysia. We are looking for a versatile and reliable team member who can support both our finance/admin functions and technical drafting needs.

Responsibilities:

Accounting & Admin


• Handle daily accounting tasks: AP, AR, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.


• Assist with payroll, tax filings, and compliance with Malaysian regulations.


• Maintain company records, contracts, and administrative documents.


• Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and clients.

AutoCAD Drafting


• Prepare and update 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for projects.


• Support architectural, interior, or engineering layouts as required.


• Modify drawings based on project updates and client feedback.


• Ensure drawings are accurate and meet company standards.

Requirements:


• SINGAPOREAN/PR (Malaysians can apply)

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is a plus.


• At least 2 years of work experience in accounting/admin OR drafting (candidates with combined skills are strongly preferred).


• Familiar with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.).


• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and willingness to learn.


• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
