Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and detail accurate BIM models.
• Develop and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar software.
• Ensure all models comply with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare documentation for authority submissions and construction works.
• Produce intelligent, realistic BIM models of building exteriors and interiors.
• Incorporate pre-construction data such as material specs, quantity estimates, time schedules, and cost estimates.
• Build and manage BIM libraries/families related to standards, styles, and building component specifications.
• Provide technical support to team members on modeling and coordination issues.

Requirements

• ITE / Diploma / Degree in Structural, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or MEP disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Singapore building construction or project execution.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong technical knowledge and planning ability in managing modeling and drafting tasks.
• Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
