Revit Technician

Salary: $4,000 - $5,500

Location: North / Central area

Responsibilities:

・  Create and update detailed BIM models focused on ACMV / HVAC systems using Revit

・  Coordinate M&E drawings with architectural, structural, and other trades

・  Produce accurate shop drawings, section views, and coordination drawings for construction

・  Support project engineers and managers in design reviews and clash detection

・  Maintain proper BIM documentation and model standards in accordance with project requirements

・  Collaborate with project teams for BIM coordination meetings and updates

Requirements:

・  2 years of experience as a BIM Operator or Draftsperson in the construction industry

・  Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD

・  BIM execution plans and project coordination standards
