We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination:

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical projects.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

• Team Leadership:

• Supervise and manage cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and technicians.

• Provide direction and guidance to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

• Client Relations & Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, progress, and issues.

• Communicate project goals, deliverables, and timelines to clients and stakeholders.

• Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Budget & Resource Management:

• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

• Approve and monitor the procurement of materials, tools, and resources needed for the project.

• Control project expenses and ensure effective cost management.

• Risk & Quality Management:

• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the project timeline, cost, or quality.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Ensure that electrical systems and installations meet all quality and regulatory requirements.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including change orders, reports, and progress updates.

• Provide regular status reports to senior management and clients on project milestones, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Degree & Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related electrical engineering qualification
  2. At least 10 years of experience in related field & local experience
  3. Able to work independently
  4. Knowledge in residential & commercial building electrical installation works.
  5. Knowledge in design skills and usage of AutoCAD/ Revit will have added advantage.
  6. Good command of English, written and spoken.
