About the role

As a Project Manager at AVON INDUSTIES PTE LTD', you will play a crucial role in delivering successful construction projects within the Woodlands North Region. What you'll be doing

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise
  • Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and implement best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Familiarity with local construction regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, would be an advantage
