The Opportunity

Our clients are seeking Wealth Planning Manager to join their team, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised financial solutions and exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele in the bank.

Paid training will be provided for non-experienced candidates

Remuneration

$3,600 - $4,200 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored product recommendations
  • Provide wealth management solutions to banking clients through the sales of Bancassurance and investment products
  • Serving branch walk-ins and engaging leads provided from the bank's database
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with technology
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Requirements:


• A recognized Diploma/ Degree in any field


• Prior financial sales work experience will be an advantage


• Strong passion for a sales career and wealth management


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Results-oriented with strong time management skills
