- Promote credit cards to existing customers through face-to-face engagement
- Cross-sell card benefits and value propositions
- Build rapport and deliver a positive customer experience
- Ensure timely completion of applications and documentation
- Meet performance standards, business goals, and sales targets
- Present and communicate effectively with customers
Position 2: Credit Card Support Officer
- Support Follow-Up Officers with credit card application matters
- Conduct call reviews and ensure turnaround time is met
- Update application records accurately and promptly
- Assist with day-to-day operations and backend processing
- Ensure quality and compliance in application handling
- Work independently and manage tasks under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and organized with good follow-up ability
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Preferably with admin or banking-related experience
- Comfortable with customer-facing or telemarketing activities
