Job Description
  • Stuffing/unstuffing of containers, receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and releasing of goods.
  • Receiving of FCL/LCL goods from suppliers (both domestic and overseas) and checking condition of goods received.
  • Reporting of shipment discrepancies.
  • Inventory storage, inventory management and monitoring.
  • Stocktaking and ensuring warehouse security.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.
  • Driving and transferring of goods from warehouse to retail outlet(s) and inter-outlets; and delivery of goods to VITAKIDS' dealers' outlets/warehouses or to customers.
  • Responding to dealers' or customers' requirements, inquiries, feedback, and complaints when delivering goods to them and conveying such matters to the appropriate person in charge.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations within the logistics functions.
  • Minor repairs and maintenance duties as requested.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in logistics, inventory control, or supply chain management is preferred.
  • Holding a Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
  • To commit Weekend shifts.
  • Possess basic computer literacy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous with high level of accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Capable of working independently.
