Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with vendors, internal stakeholders and end users to ensure smooth delivery of goods;
- Prepares documentation and communicate with suppliers regarding shipments of goods;
- Schedules and track incoming and outgoing shipments;
- Prepares and maintains accurate records including invoices, shipping documents and other required reports;
- Ensures that all legal/documentary requirements are prepared and submitted to relevant government agencies;
- Assists in daily operational activities relevant to Supply Chain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is required.
- Computer literate; Microsoft Office proficient; Experience in any ERP software an advantage.
- Understands shipping processes.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and time management skills
- With at least 2 years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
- With strong attention to detail, problem solving abilities and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate in English as this position requires collaboration with English speaking team members.
- Willing to travel to the Philippines.
