Assistant Executive, Accounts Receivable

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the process of sending overdue hospital bills to collection agencies according to set guidelines.
- Check and verify commission payments owed to collection agencies based on their monthly results.
- Work with hospital teams and internal departments to resolve issues and answer questions about collection agent activities.
- Create and update regular status reports for tracking purposes
- Support improvement projects and other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum "O" Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a Finance-related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fast learner with willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
- SAP experience preferred.
