Our client is a Singapore-based technology company specialising in robotics and autonomous solutions designed to enhance security, logistics, and operational efficiency.

As part of their growth, they are looking for a Junior HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about HR and keen to build their career in a fast-growing technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Assist in recruitment coordination, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, such as preparing employee documents and maintaining personnel files.
  • Help with payroll data collation, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
  • Assist in organising employee engagement and training activities.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance including office supplies management and vendor coordination.
  • Help coordinate internal meetings, travel bookings, and company events.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
