Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales

  • Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, handling orders, and preparing beverages to company standards.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting seasonal drinks, upselling, and recommending products based on customer preferences.
  • Provide respectful, attentive service to customers and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Barista & Store Operations

  • Prepare beverages and ingredients according to company recipes with consistency and precision.
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all areas of the store.
  • Replenish stock (cups, straws, fruits, etc.) and support smooth store operations.
  • Operate cashier and assist customers with self-ordering kiosks.
  • Support daily sales reporting and assist in opening/closing the store.

Leadership & Training

  • Participate in structured training programs to develop leadership and operational management skills.
  • Assist supervisors in overseeing store presentation, stock control, and staff coordination.
  • Provide feedback on store processes and support initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Develop into a future leader with opportunities for career progression within the company.

Requirements
  • Passionate about customer service, coffee/beverages, and the F&B industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on leadership responsibilities.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Prior retail or F&B experience is an advantage but not required (training provided).

Salary Package:
  • Basic Salary: SGD 3,000
  • Designation Allowance: SGD 450

Working Hours & Schedule:
  • Work Hours: 10–12 hours per day (excluding 1-hour break)
  • Work Days: 6 days per week (including weekends & public holidays)
